ChemSystems, Inc. is a Texas corporation formed in 1996 by Bruce & Nancy Meikle. The Meikle’s purchased the assets of Jancik Concrete Specialties, Inc. and Houston Building Supply.  Prior to purchasing Jancik, Mr. Meikle was a Corporate Vice President at Bayer Corporation where he spent 26 years. Jancik and HBS previously supplied concrete additives into the south-central USA and Mexican markets since 1972. Since purchasing Jancik in 1996, CSI’s sales have increased by a factor of five.

This company, as well as its owners, prides itself on service and responsiveness!  We will make any color you want no minimum order, no required purchase of over runs and packaged any way you want it. 

The company manufactures no flammable or hazardous chemicals but does have some corrosive and flammable materials toll produced to their specifications. It generates no solid, liquid or gaseous wastes beyond normal empty packaging. CSI is environmentally conscience, meeting all Federal and State VOC manufacturing guidelines.

The company presently operates manufacturing, warehousing and office facilities out of four buildings in Houston, TX, totaling 35,000 sq/ft.  It is located on the northwestern edge of the Houston metropolitan area.
